Your protection has no annual care caps, no lifetime care limit, and no member cost-sharing for covered care. Your family can remain family instead of becoming the default care coordinator. And if home no longer works, Jordan River Living helps coordinate the right setting and covered services as circumstances evolve.

- You can meet the entrance-fee and monthly-fee commitment.
- You are willing to complete financial and health qualification.
How qualification works
1. Conversation: goals, geography, and fit.
2. Financial review: confirm that membership is sustainable.
3. Health review: confidential underwriting based on current health and function.
4. Decision: approval and final membership options.
Specific eligibility is determined through Jordan River Living’s formal application and underwriting process.

Your actual entrance fee is based on age and membership details; your proposal shows the exact amount.
Entrance fee
A one-time commitment that establishes membership and helps fund Jordan River Living’s long-term care promise.
Monthly fee
$640 baseline, supporting ongoing navigation, wellness, readiness, and program operations.
Your entrance fee remains partially refundable
Refundability declines gradually over time rather than disappearing immediately.
Refunds, timing, termination rights, and any deductions are governed by the signed Continuing Care Agreement. This overview is explanatory, not a substitute for the agreement.
